Availability Fulfillment of your order is based upon availability. If an item cannot be shipped, SpoiledRottenKids.Com® will send an email notifying you of your order status.
Delivery You will be given a choice of delivery methods including UPS, FedEx, and US Postal Service. Your delivery time and charges will vary depending on the choices you make on our order form.
As soon as your order is processed and shipped, SpoiledRottenKids.Com® will email a confirmation notice with your total, including any state sales tax, and your shipment tracking number, if available.

Security Your bank cannot hold you accountable for more than $50.00 of fraudulent charges as dictated by the Fair Credit Billing Act. If your bank does hold you responsible for any of the $50.00, SpoiledRottenKids.Com™ will cover the full liability. Please note that we will only cover this liability if the unauthorized charge to your credit card resulted through no fault of your own from a purchase at SpoiledRottenKids.Com™. In the event of an unauthorized use of your credit card, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with that company's rules and procedures.
Return Merchandise
Authorization
May be returned for a full refund within 35 days of
your order as long as product has not been assembled or played with and is in
its original packaging. There is a 10% restocking fee on all returned items.
Customer pays shipping charges on all returned Items.
Items shipped with damaged or missing parts will be replaced at no additional
charge to the customer. Please contact our customer service at 1-303-751-0342
with damaged or missing parts problems.

SpoiledRottenKids.Com®
pages
may generally be returned for refund, replacement or repair, subject to manufacturer
and/or
SpoiledRottenKids.Com™restrictions. All product returns must have
a Returned Merchandise Authorization, (RMA) issued by
SpoiledRottenKids.Com® or
the product manufacturer. Please call our customer service for further
instructions.
To obtain an RMA and shipping instructions,
please contact customer service with your request within 7 days of your receipt
of product. RMAs are valid for 10days from the date of issuance.
All returns will be processed and fully inspected after they arrive in our
warehouse. All products must be returned in original condition including
packaging, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, and accessories.
Returns that do not include all peripherals may be returned to
the customer or charged on a per item basis.
Warranty Support
If your item requires warranty services, you may contact the warranty service provider listed in the
Manufacturer Warranty that shipped with your product.
Return Shipping
All returns must be shipped freight pre-paid.
Unauthorized or Refused Returns
SpoiledRottenKids.Com® cannot accept unauthorized returns or
exchanges. Packages without a Return Authorization Number will be refused.
SpoiledRottenKids.Com® will charge a 15% restocking fee plus any applicable
shipping charges for refused shipments. Additional charges may apply if all
peripherals and accessories are not returned in the original, unopened
packaging.
Non-Defective Returns
Any returns found to be non-defective are subject to a restocking
fee of 10% and all non-product-related fees (shipping, transaction and
insurance) are not refundable. Refused or undeliverable shipments will be
subject to a restocking fee of 10%, in addition to applicable shipping,
transaction and insurance fees.
